  • How do I get a price for my project? 

    The best way to get an estimate from us, is to send an e-mail to with the following information:

    – First line of the property address
    – architectural plans, drawings, sketches, dimension, photos of what is existing
    – design image, photo of what would you like to achieve
    – contact details

    If above details are not available, you can book On Site consultation with us for the price of £99 + VAT.

    This price will be deducted from the final invoice, once you will go ahead with our order.

  • How long does it takes to get a price?

    Normally, it’s between 3-4 working days. However, if there is a shorter deadline it’s always good to indicate it in you e-mail, so we will do our best to provide you with the price earlier.

  • What is included into our staircase estimate?

    Formal quotation contains detailed specification, list of the components, payment schedule, estimated lead time and photos showing similar type of construction from our recent realisations.

    Price includes for the site survey, technical drawings / 3D visualisation and 2 years warranty for our workmanship.

  • What are the payment terms?

    All of our estimates are divided into few stages. Each stage of works is ending with the payment.

    This is very important to remember that the payments should be allocated within 1-2 working days after sending pro forma invoice, to meet the lead time provided in our estimate.

  • How long the estimates are valid?

    All of our estimates are valid for the period of 3 months. After this time price needs to be updated.

  • How long does it take to install the staircase?

    From approved drawings, it normally takes around 45 working days to actual completion of the project.

  • What type of wood are you using?

    We are cladding our stairs with top quality 21mm engineered oak flooring, which could be stained into desirable colour of customers choice.

  • How can I book an appointment?

    We can offer appointments from 8am to 3pm during the working week, just give us a call on 02085666750 to organise a date and time.

  • Do you have a showroom?

    We have a workshop and office in Park Royal, NW10 and welcome visitors at any time between 9am – 4pm.

    All of our staircases are custom made and we don’t offer kits, components, but there is always something going on in our workshop and yu can meet our team and see how we work during your visit.

  • Do you have a brochure/ catalogue available?

    Yes, of course catalogues are available in pdf format, so we can easily sent it via e-mail, or you can request for a printed version which will be sent within 1-2 working days.
